I know this is the time in the year where we set up goals and expectations of how we want the rest of the year to go.
I believe it is important to setup goals especially godly goals. To push ourselves where God wants to lead us. To push beyond our comfort zone, especially to grow into a deeper relationship with our Heavenly Father!
I have learned through many failed plans that all plans that aren't created and centered around God always fail in my life. I'm glad that He has purposely allowed this to happen because it has brought a maturity that I previously didn't possess.
One thing I have been hearing God clearly say, and that is that "there's no time like now to seek Him wholeheartedly". This means no more excuses to slack!!!
I encourage you, seek HIM = talk to HIM daily
Know HIM = read HIS Word
