Starting a new life!

As I wondered  through my vegetable garden I noticed that the beans I had planted months prior withered and dried with the intense heat of the last few weeks of summer.  I hadn't watered my garden due to being really busy with work for several weeks.
My initial though when I looked at the beans was to just put everything into a pile and burn it during burning season but as I started to peel them open I saw the nice red beans that I could use to plant my next year's garden.

My beans had to die in order for the dried beans contained inside to be used to start a new future garden.

This perfectly applies to life.  We can't be seeking new results and new blessings from God by having the same attitude and same character.  If we want God's blessings we need to be willing to change who we have been and start living righteously and honorably.

Can't get new results using the same formula we have used in the past.

Perhaps you're reading this and think you have been battling the same issues for as long as you can remember and are barely surviving.  Let's be real for once perhaps for the first time ever.

It starts with acknowledging with where and what we've done wrong.  We all have a perfect built in conscience so I don't need to tell you what and where you've done wrong.

Time not to blame others for our issues but to take full responsibility for our wrongs.  Once we acknowledge this we are ready to start a new life and plant a new seed that will flourish into new blessings.

“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”John 3:3

Being born again isn't a dip in a pool, but a life transformation of how we behave and the decisions we make.
