Rise above!

We all love a good story, whether it's a love story or a story of abudant triumph.  We all enjoy watching a good movie and being left at the edge of our seats as we see the main character strive in victory after a struggling past.
What we learn from good stories and movies is that the effort to overcome any life struggles comes with determination to rise above our struggles and not allow our past hurt to control our future. 
We will never be remembered for the many tears we shed but the decisions we make during our most difficult struggles.
Don't focus on what present struggles you are currently facing but on the certainty that you can rise above them. 
Don't allow the hurt of being left out by others or not fitting in.  Don't look at what gossip is going around about you.  Don't look at those who you expected to help you that now have forsaken you trust.  Look on the mighty God that will make you rise above all of this and will give you victory simply because He rejoices on blessing those who place their trust on Him.
