Encouragement only, PLEASE!

I can't believe that one week could carry so many different experiences.  As I started this week with the determination to organize my life, literally, i was blessed beyond measure with the experiences I've had.  Most important lesson, seeking God every early morning makes a huge difference in everything.  It changes your attitude and your reaction.
My family certainly have appreciated this change, lol.
I also started exercising with an amazing plan from a friend.  Whenever i looked at her exercise plan (after panicking about the workouts) i saw that she had placed Biblical scriptures every day with the purpose of either praying for something or someone.  This allowed me to push myself (otherwise i wouldn't of made it this week, lol) because every morning i was reading a verse she had given me with the purpose of also praying for something that had to do with that verse.  This Friday as i was working out in the early morning I had inside my sneaker a paper with the things that I've been worried about.  Let me just say, i worked out my body and soul.
This morning after my daughter's dance class i was so blessed to spend a few minutes with a few friends I meet through dance class.  I was so encouraged listening to them.  Despite their many past battles they press on and most amazing they have the deepest desire to get to know God a little better.  I think people often don't realize that how just by listening to them how encouraging they are being at that moment.  Actually before my friends came in i was listening to a few moms that i had never met before talk about how overwhelmed their lives are and how busy they are.  They literally spent almost one hour talking about how busy they are.  I don't think they even noticed me because they were so focused on their own conversation.  I did learn something from them, that when we spend our lives every day just overwhelmed we loose focus of the enjoyment of life.  Unfortunately, when we are overwhelmed our lives become unbalanced, no wonder Jesus often after a long day healing and preaching had to seek some quiet time alone to just seek God.  I now it must have been for strength to continue to do what God had called Him for.
It is important to evaluate our daily lives and see if for one moment even if it were so brief we made a positive impact in someone's life, we were called to encourage each other to seek the amazing blessings that God has for all those that turn their hearts to Him.
"Rend your hearts and not your garments and return to the Lord, your God, for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in loving-kindness; and He revokes His sentence of evil [when His conditions are met]." Joel 2:13
