Has i drove by one of the streets near my house i noticed a cranberry field that was being worked on by a few men. I thought that for how in seven years it was just abandoned and uncared for but how luckily last year someone started to maintain it.
I drive by this street probably everyday and one year ago the person that owns it started to clean the cranberry bog and meticulously maintained it. Even thou it didn't bare any cranberries the previous season they were still there cleaning the bog and maintaining it probably with the hope that this season it will finally bare cranberries.
The same amount of care and dedication that this one person has placed in that field is the same care and dedication we need to place in our own lives. In our own spiritual, family, financial and health aspect of our lives. It is so easy to give up and not fight for the things that we want to see happen in our life but can you imagine the great reward we can obtain if we only stretch ourselves a little further and fight. The initial pain of the perseverance won't even be felt when we are reaping the rewards of our perseverance.
Work at the problem areas of your life, remember with faith in God all is possible. Just like the person that is pruning the cranberry field and taking care of it even when he hasn't seen the fruit of his labor but yet hopes to receive the reward of his dedication one day in a great harvest.
