Never good enough!?

Often times we feel like what we are or what we do is never good enough.  We always have the expectations to deliver perfection in all the things we do without realizing that we are far from perfect.  It amazes me when i feel these complex thoughts i start to think of what God could of possibly have seen in me to love me so much.  The answer He always gives me is always the same "Just accept the fact that i love you regardless of your imperfections". 
This is why i say that i am a clay pot in progress and God is constantly molding me but sometimes i want to be the potter and tell God what to do.  Have you ever felt like this?  Well i wish i could say that i have only felt this on one occasion but unfortunately it has been on many occasions.  I just realized recently that life without the enjoyment of God's joy isn't life worth living and it's up to me to make the decision of how i want to live my life (with imperfections and all).  We need to look around at all the beautiful things God has done and the amazing people that cross our paths and be still and enjoy His wonders.
The word of God says in Philippians 4:8 "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things."
So why waste time thinking about how to be something or someone that God hasn't called us out to be and actually making the decision to have joy and allow God to fulfill His purpose in our lives in the manner that He wants too without our input. 
His word clearly mentions that we are the clay pot and  that He is the potter (Isaiah 64:8), so let us have joy and allow God to be the one that molds us!
